In case you are not satisfied with your purchase it can be returned back to I Love Chicas within 14 days of receipt for a refund. The return form is included in your original package, please make sure to fill it in and add it to your return package.

• All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• All products must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition.
• All products must have all original tags/labels still attached.
• Shipping back to us is at the customers’ own cost.
• Include a note in your return package with your name and contact details.
• Save your tracking code link as proof of delivery.
• The refund for a returned product will be processed within 14 days after delivery to I Love Chicas. 

• Please allow 5 business days to process your order.
• Once your order is shipped we will provide you with Track&Trace code to assure you can trace your shipment.
• Domestic delivery time: approx. 1-3 business days
• International delivery time: approx. 3-10 business days 
• If ordering outside of the EU customs duties and tax may apply to your order and our customers are fully responsible to cover eventual customs costs.
