  • Where is the class taking place?
    We have multiple locations in Amsterdam. Refer to our About “locations” page for more information.
  • Are classes suitable only for women?
    Our community is 99.9% women so our choreographies are created with this public in mind. However, if a male is interested to experience our classes they are more than welcome, as long as they are a good match for our female members and everyone feels comfortable.
  • What is the pricing?
    The single class costs 15€, but we also offer various memberships or options to purchase a multi class ticket which may be more budget friendly, if you are planning to dance with us more frequently. To discover all our current pricing plans check out our membership page.
  • How do I reschedule/cancel the class I have booked?
    You can simply do that in your account/profile in the section “bookings”. We have a 6 hour cancellation/ reschedule policy, so if you do this no later than 6 hours before the start of the lesson, you will keep your lesson credit. The number of places in the lessons is limited, so please cancel your reservation in time if you cannot make it to the lesson. If you don’t have a membership and you have just paid for a single session DO NOT cancel your class, otherwise you lose the amount you have paid for it. Instead, RESCHEDULE your class to another day. Please DO NOT email us to reschedule the class for you as we are unable to do that for you
  • My ticket/membership is expiring soon, but I’m unable to join the classes. What should I do?
    Unfortunately, once your ticket or membership has expired, there is nothing we can do. That’s why we recommend checking the validity of each ticket and membership carefully before a purchase and select the membership according to your needs.
  • How do I book a class?
    If you are a new member, you will have to SIGN UP on our website using email and password. If you already have the account, simply select the class you want to book from the schedule by choosing the day and time you want to join, then proceed with the booking.
  • What do I need to bring with me to a class?
    A bottle of water Towel (especially for our Zumba DanceWorkout) Indoor shoes Dance shoes or High Heels are recommended for our more feminine classes like Afrolicious, L.A. Elite, Fem-Fire and our Latin classes like Latin Mix and Salsa Beginners. Knee pads (for floor work in Twerk, Fem-Fire, Afrolicious, L.A. Elite dance classes) Loose pants or shorts for Twerk so you can shake your booty easily!
  • Do you offer a FREE tryout?
    We do not offer a free tryout, however, we do offer an option to try as many classes as you want without purchasing a membership by purchasing a single class. The single class costs 15€ and can be purchased in 2 ways: 1. Purchasing a single class ticket in our membership page and then booking a class you want to join (this one is valid for one month) 2. Selecting a class you want to join from the schedule and paying directly for that specific class.
  • In what language are the classes held?
    Our primary language is English as we are an international community, but most of our instructors also speak Dutch or Spanish.
  • Are the classes beginners friendly?
    Definitely! All levels are welcome in our Academy. Teachers of our choreography classes introduce new choreography every month, so the best time to join is the first week of the month. This gives you enough time to practice and prepare for the final performance at the end of the month. Remember, practice makes masters, so the more often you come, the better you will get! We all have to start somewhere.
  • I have booked a class, but I can’t join. What should I do?
    Log in using your account and reschedule your class to another day. We have a 6 hour cancellation/reschedule policy so if you do this no later than 6 hours before the start of the lesson, you will keep your lesson credit. The number of places in the lessons is limited, so please cancel your reservation in time if you cannot make it to the lesson.
  • How can I cancel my membership?
    There is no possibility to cancel your membership. Your membership is canceled automatically once the validity of your membership expires. For example if you have purchased Unlimited Mamacita 12-month membership, it will be automatically terminated after 12 months and you will have to purchase it again if you wish to continue enjoying the unlimited benefits. Make sure to check the validity of each ticket and membership before the purchase.
