Yosery Petit Moncada

Founder and director of I Love Chicas Academy and ILoveChicas Experience.

32+ years of experience in dance, movement, and group leadership.

My journey began at the age of five in a talent school, where I discovered that dance was my language and my path. Since then, I have evolved with my craft, turning my talent into a life’s work.

My work includes Latin Dance in all its forms, Soca, Zumba (12+ years, adults, teens, kids, and Aqua Zumba), Twerk, strength training, and a strong focus on women’s pelvic floor health and hormones.

I mentor instructors, manage dance and fitness projects across multiple gyms, and design experience-based programs for women, adolescents, and children.

Perseverance, structure, and long-term growth define the way I work.

Living from my talent is an honor I deeply value.

My free time, you can find me: 

Watching movies or just sitting down doing nothing.

Alix Rojas

"My dancing career began at a young age since in Latin America, you learn to walk and dance at the same time. At school, I excelled in athletics, not realizing that as time passed, these two disciplines would lead me to become a Zumba instructor.
As a dance instructor, I strive to transfer my own experience, basic steps, and aerobic exercises with my own stamp and style with great enthusiasm, so that you forget about everything during an hour of class and enjoy your body in motion."

Agustina Hoever-Supardi

"Raised in the Netherlands with Russian and Indonesian roots, I have danced my whole life, exploring styles from Streetdance and Indonesian traditional dance to Limbo, Calypso, African, Aerobics, and Tahitian & Hula. Dance has always been my constant, helping me connect with my body, express myself, and share joy with others"

Michael (Maiich) Torres

"For as long as I can remember, I've known that dance would be a big part of my life's journey. Thanks to my Colombian roots, I carry passion for dance in every part of my body and make sure to share it with my students in every dance class because I believe dance is the best way to heal the soul and clear the mind. I have a natural spark that can make you smile and help your body flow naturally."

Lana Andringa

"Dancing is my passion! I have been dancing since I was 5 years old and teaching for almost 10 years, focusing on various energetic styles like Zumba, but also fitness and dance classes for kids. Over the years I have discovered that African and Jamaican dance styles are my favorite for expressing myself. Now I want to help you express yourself via these explosive and liberating dance vibes in my class."

Pablo Ramos Gonzalez

 

I am originally from Spain and I have been dancing since I can remember. Dance has always been part of my personal growth and self expression.

 

What started as a hobby naturally became my passion and today it is a fundamental part of my life.

 

Through this journey, I have had the opportunity to share the stage with other artists and be part of different shows, events and festivals in the Netherlands and abroad.

Dance styles: Hip Hop, Reggaeton, Street Dance, Afro, Contemporary, Latin Dance

Guilty pleasure:  spending some quality time with myself.

Mihaela Petrova

 

Mihaela’s yoga journey began almost eight years ago when she discovered meditation as a way to calm her mind and face anxiety. What started as a personal search evolved into a deeper exploration of movement, breath and self awareness.

She is a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, certified Nutritionist, and trained Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher. Her approach is gentle, playful and non judgmental, creating a space where nothing is forced and everybody is welcome.

 

Mihaela is passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom, supporting balance, presence and a deeper connection with the body.

 

At I Love Chicas Academy, she guides Grounded Flow Yoga, a practice focused on pelvic floor conditioning, mindful movement and breath awareness.

Carolina Luciana

 

Carolina began her yoga journey in Argentina in 2013. What started as a personal search gradually became a path of study, discipline and inner exploration. Over the years she deepened her practice through yoga, meditation and traditional teachings, including time spent studying in India.

Through her practice, Carolina creates a calm and supportive space where women can slow down, breathe and reconnect with their body. Her classes focus on mindful movement, hip mobility and pelvic floor awareness, helping women feel more balanced, present and connected to their natural rhythm.

At I Love Chicas Academy, Carolina guides the Moony Yoga practice, a gentle flow designed especially for women to improve mobility, release tension in the hips and develop deeper body awareness through breath and movement.

Yoga Focus: Moony Yoga Mobility and Hip Opening, Pelvic Floor Awareness Breathwork and Mindful Movement
